How we did it
Using client approved templates, Edocuments worked with the supply chain, professional team, and client to collect the data required for the project Hand Over Information.
Edocuments technical staff also produced the MEP O&M manuals on behalf of the MEP contractor ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
Using the built-in reporting tools, and with all reviews being carried out online, all stakeholders were kept fully informed with up-to-date progress from a project level down to asset level.
Key Outcomes and Lessons Learnt
By choosing to keep the project information live online, the client continues to have searchable, useable data that can be shared with their team
