EDocuments provide three purchasing options:
Platform + Assistance
Our most popular option. If you don’t have your own information / document controller we recommend Platform + Assistance. This option will give you all the help you need to gather and deliver your handover documentation.
Platform
Platform is recommended for customers who have dedicated document controllers that are used to compiling O&M manuals. They will benefit from all the automation, templates and validation that the platform offers. After you purchase the Platform, you can purchase Assistance as and when you need it.
Enterprise / Framework agreement
Go Enterprise and benefit from unlimited projects, users and data for a fixed fee. For this we require a minimum 3 year commitment to cover the overhead of configuring your environment. The many benefits of the Enterprise agreement include discounted Assistance fees, APIs, PowerBi insights and long term archive.
