We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can enhance relationships with existing clients, identify and capitalize on new opportunities, and expand our client base by targeting new contractors and end users.

Responsibilities
Key Objectives:
Target Existing Clients to increase sales
- Strengthen and expand relationships with current clients.
- Identify additional needs and opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Promote additional services and products to increase revenue from current clients.
Engage End User Clients
- Assess current end user client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Increase Subscription services.
- Ensure high client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Find New Clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in all sectors, with both contractors and facility owners/managers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, research, and outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Research and identify potential new clients, including contractors and end users.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client engagement and business development.
