FAQ - What is required on our end to set up the EDocuments system? i.e., working with our IT department and firewalls?
EDocuments platform runs inside your web browser. We recommend using a modern browser Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox.
By default, the data is stored on EDocuments servers which are all hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Your IT department should not need to do anything. If you are not receiving email from EDocuments portal, then you may wish to whitelist:
