FAQ - What do we need to do to set up the EDocuments platform? i.e. working with our IT department and firewalls?
The EDocuments platform runs inside your web browser. We recommend using a modern browser Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox.
By default, the data is stored on EDocuments servers which are all hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Your IT department should not need to do anything. If you are not receiving emails from EDocuments portal, then you may wish to whitelist:
