FAQ - What assistance and input do EDocuments need from a customer on a fully managed project?

EDocuments require your assistance when lack of progress, non-adherence to process and procedures by the team are impacting negatively on the delivery of information and therefore ultimately on quality and delivery, examples include:

  1. Information is unavailable, late, incorrect, wrong status or format.
  2. O&M Manuals are not being provided to the required format.
  3. Reviewers are failing to complete their reviews within the specified time.
  4. Tasks and reminders being ignored.
