FAQ - How are users onboarded?

To get the most from the platform, users need to be onboarded. The EDocuments standard onboarding is as follows:

  1. Set up meeting and training on using the software.
  2. Set up document templates on the EDocuments software platform to the required format and workflow, Level of information (LOI) for each system and asset type as per the EIR / BEP documents.
  3. Ongoing software support.
